Renewals
Know what renews before you pay
A plan should never catch you out.
- One week, one month, three months and six months renew automatically, at the price shown and for the same length, until you cancel.
- Twelve months is a single payment. It does not renew, so nothing is taken when it ends.
- To stop a plan that renews, contact support or ask the chat assistant. You are emailed a link to the cancellation steps, and your benefits carry on to the end of the period you paid for.
- Cancelling does not delete your profile. It stays visible on Classic membership until you remove it from your Membership page.
- Refunds follow the terms. As a rule a purchase is final, apart from the rights UK law gives you. The terms spell out the details.

Clear answers on cost and cancelling
How much does Forget Dinner cost?
Everyone starts on Classic. VIP costs £14.99 for one week and £155.91 for 12 months, and VIP Plus runs from £15.99 to £208.05. The table above lists every length in between.
Do Forget Dinner plans renew automatically?
One-week, one-month, three-month and six-month plans renew until you cancel. The 12-month VIP and VIP Plus plans are paid once and do not renew. The note under each price tells you which kind you are choosing.
How do I cancel my membership?
Contact support or ask the chat assistant to start the cancellation. You receive an email with a link to the steps, and your VIP benefits carry on until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling does not delete your profile.
Are Boosts and Super Match included in VIP Plus?
No. They are separate paid add-ons for VIP Plus members. A Boost puts your profile in front of active members nearby, and a Super Match sends a highlighted message that the person you send it to sees first.
What is the cheapest way to use VIP?
Longer plans cost less per week. VIP comes to £6.99 a week on a monthly plan and £2.99 a week on a 12-month plan, which is paid once and does not renew.
